Definding Canada Eh!

A new idea is emerging from all the research on Strategic Culture and Afghanistan.  The plan is to eventually create a stand alone web site for an anticipated project, but for now, you can watch the idea evolve here.  The title should give some indicators of where it's headed.  This one promises to be a massive undertaking, so will be a team effort (and what a team!), but more on that later.  Anticipated launch date - spring 2009.  In the meantime, there is much to do.  How exciting!
